Marketing and Sales associate - Entry level

4D Marketing is seeking motivated and outgoing individuals to join our team as Sales & Marketing Representatives. In this role, you will support promotional campaigns for a nationally recognized energy brand inside major retailers throughout the Cincinnati area.

This is a full-time, W-2 employee position based inside retail stores and at local events.

You’ll engage customers directly, educate them on service options, and complete enrollments on-site.

Compensation & Pay Structure

• Guaranteed Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
• Uncapped Commission: Earn additional income for every completed sale
• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000–$1,400 based on performance
• Pay Schedule: Weekly

Your hourly base pay is guaranteed. Commission is paid on top of base earnings.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers inside retail partner locations
• Explain service features, pricing, and promotional offers
• Complete enrollments and process sales transactions
• Achieve weekly performance goals
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing product training

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations
• Highly motivated

Comprehensive training is provided; however, a positive attitude and strong communication skills are of utmost importance. Previous sales experience is not required.
