We are currently seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Program Manager to oversee security for our secure cloud platform implementations that support government clients. In this integral role, you will ensure ongoing compliance with federal security standards and facilitate agile delivery of cloud infrastructure solutions in classified and sensitive environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Security Program Leadership
  • Serve as the main security authority for secure cloud platform implementations.
  • Develop and maintain Information System Security Plans (ISSP) for government systems.
  • Lead security control assessments and continuous monitoring efforts.
  • Collaborate with government security personnel, SCAs, ISSMs, and AOs for system authorization.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
  • Implement and uphold Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes.
  • Conduct security control assessments using NIST 800-53 and DoD standards.
  • Manage Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M) and security remediation tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and DoD security requirements.
  • Cloud Security Architecture
  • Design security controls for multi-cloud and hybrid government environments.
  • Implement cloud-native security solutions, including encryption and identity access management (IAM).
  • Configure security monitoring and incident response capabilities.
  • Validate security implementations against STIG and CIS benchmarks.
  • Security Integration & DevSecOps
  • Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
  • Implement security automation and continuous compliance monitoring.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to embed security throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Conduct security reviews for cloud architectures and deployment models.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain security documentation for government reviews and audits.
  • Prepare security deliverables such as SSP, SAR, and compliance reports.
  • Support security audits and customer security assessments.
  • Create security standards, procedures, and training resources.
  • Tools
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or Oracle Cloud.
  • Manage vulnerability scanners, SIEM, and monitoring platforms.
  • Handle Infrastructure as Code security using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Review container and network security measures.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of cybersecurity experience with government systems and cloud environments.
  • 3 years of direct ISSO experience supporting federal programs.
  • 3 years of experience with risk management frameworks (RMF) and security control implementation.
  • 6 months of eMASS experience.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, FISMA, and/or DoD security compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certification.
  • CompTIA Security+ or an equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification obtained within 6 months of onboarding.
  • AWS certification - Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Willingness to work a hybrid schedule in Evandale, OH.

Security Clearance: An active Secret level clearance is required; TS/SCI preferred.

As per local law, Accenture Federal Services offers a compensation range for hired roles based on labor costs, which includes a base pay range of $98,500-$184,900 USD for specific states and regions.
