Requirements

  • Log all phone leads, showroom traffic, internet leads and referral traffic in the CRM system
  • Complete all tasks in the CRM in a timely manner, including phone leads, showroom traffic, internet leads and referral traffic
  • Provide great customer service to customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner whether in person or by telephone.
  • Complete all required product training and become proficient in the BMW product line
  • Provides customers with vehicle status information.
  • Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment.
  • Maintains assigned workspace in an organized and clean manner.
  • Maintains a professional and friendly appearance at all times.

Qualifications

  • Friendly and positive attitude.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience handling in/outbound calls.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization & ability to multi-task.
  • Automotive sale experience a plus.
  • Luxury goods and service experience DOUBLE PLUS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
