With a strong focus on operational excellence and technology-driven services, we are expanding our leadership team to accelerate growth in key verticals, especially Healthcare and enterprise back-office services.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and leading the overall sales function. This role requires a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in ITeS/BPO, preferably within Healthcare or back-office services, who can develop and execute go-to-market strategies and scale high-performance sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
  • Identify new market opportunities across Healthcare, BPO, and ITeS sectors
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team

Business Development

  • Drive new client acquisition and expand existing accounts
  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers (C-suite, procurement, operations leaders)
  • Lead large deal pursuits, contract negotiations, and closures

Market Expansion

  • Strengthen presence in Healthcare outsourcing, revenue cycle management (RCM), and back-office operations
  • Explore partnerships, alliances, and channel opportunities
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Own sales targets, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Implement KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure consistent achievement of revenue and margin goals

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with delivery, operations, marketing, and product teams
  • Align solutions with client needs and ensure seamless transition from sales to delivery

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong sales experience in ITeS, BPO, or outsourcing industry
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals (multi-million dollar engagements preferred)
  • Strong domain experience in Healthcare outsourcing (RCM, payer/provider services), Back-office / shared services or Customer support / contact center services.
