Senior Home Improvement Sales Consultant – High Ticket

We are hiring a proven sales closer for high-ticket home improvement projects.

This role is for sales professionals who are confident closing $15,000–$40,000+ projects and who take full ownership of their clients.

Average sale is $20,000+.

Leads are hot and inbound only.

What You Will Do

You own the sale from first call to final delivery.

  • Respond to inbound internet leads
  • Call clients and book showroom appointments
  • Guide clients through cabinets, stone, flooring, and tile selections
  • Work directly with our in-house designer
  • Present final pricing and close in person
  • Collect deposits and handle financing discussions
  • Maintain communication with clients through completion

If you oversell or misrepresent, you will be the one dealing with it.

Ownership matters here.

Sales Environment

  • 30–40 inbound leads per month
  • About 50% same-day close rate
  • Remaining deals close on follow-up
  • Showroom-based role only

This role is for someone who

  • Has experience in kitchen, cabinet, countertop, flooring, or remodel sales
  • Is comfortable presenting $20k+ pricing face to face
  • Takes responsibility for the full client experience
  • Follows up aggressively and professionally
  • Manages multiple clients without excuses

Compensation

  • $700 per week base
  • Uncapped commission paid bi-weekly (after deposit collected):
  • 2% up to $149,000 in sales
  • 3% up to $249,000 in sales
  • 4% after $250,000 in sales
  • $10,000 sign-on bonus for experienced, qualified candidates

Realistic first-year income: $100,000–$120,000

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • After 90 days, consistent performers may earn one weekday off per week
