Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Support professional located in Cincinnati, OH. The Inside Sales Support role involves assisting the sales team with customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, coordinating between departments, and supporting clients by providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in data entry and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or related fields preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or business is a plus
