ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

PE-backed residential services company in Cincinnati hiring a Sales Manager to own the in-home sales function. Build a winning sales culture, coach reps to hit growth targets, and deliver a premium customer experience. Ideal for leaders from any one-call-close, B2C environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of in-home sales reps
• Own department revenue: service, repair, replacement, new customers
• Implement a structured, repeatable in-home sales process
• Ride-alongs, call reviews, and role-plays to sharpen selling skills
• Track daily KPIs: close rate, average ticket, revenue per lead, conversion
• Coordinate with dispatch, marketing, and ops on lead flow
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new hires quickly
• Run weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews
• Ensure CRM hygiene and accurate reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years sales management in B2C, in-home, or consumer services
• Proven track record building high-performing sales teams
• Strong understanding of one-call-close sales and financing options
• Home services, home improvement, solar, roofing, security, pest control preferred—not required
• Comfortable with PE-level growth expectations
• CRM/FSM platform experience (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base + performance bonus tied to revenue and margin
• OTE $130K–$170K+
