Roofing Sales Consultant

Evolve Construction is a growing residential and commercial exterior renovation company specializing in storm restoration roofing and exterior repairs. We help homeowners recover from hail, wind, and storm damage by providing honest guidance, quality workmanship, and a smooth insurance restoration process.

This is not high-pressure sales, and it is not sink or swim. We provide structured training, ongoing coaching, and leadership support so you are set up to succeed from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect properties for roof and exterior storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Manage your own pipeline with strong team support
• Attend weekly sales meetings via zoom
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships with homeowners

Compensation & Incentives

• 1099 commission-based role
• Top earners make well over $200,000 per year
