Experience: At least 5 years of strategic Human Resources management and consulting sales experience.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
Type: Full-time; Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Greene Resources is seeking a Human Resources Consulting Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
- Develop, prospect, and close new Human Resources Consulting business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using customer relationship management systems.
- Educate prospects on Human Resources trends, compliance, and consulting solutions to drive sales and retention.
- Partner with internal teams to design and deliver strategic Human Resources solutions for clients.
- Create proposals, respond to Requests for Proposal, and negotiate agreements to meet revenue and margin goals.
- Act as a brand ambassador by contributing to thought leadership and business development initiatives.
Position Requirements
- Proven ability to sell consultative Human Resources solutions and influence executive leadership.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, including presentation, writing, and facilitation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
