About the Role

We generate inbound leads daily from customers actively looking for service.

Your role is simple

Convert inbound opportunities into booked customers

No cold calling.

No chasing leads.

No guesswork.

You will

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to new leads
  • Identify customer needs quickly
  • Recommend the right solution
  • Confidently guide the customer to a decision

What Makes This Role Different

Compensation

  • $18–22/hr base (based on experience)
  • Commission on all closed sales
  • Performance-based bonuses

Typical earnings: $45,000–$70,000+ annually

Top performers earn significantly more

Schedule

Full-time position (35–45 hours/week)

Core hours are Monday–Friday during business hours, with additional availability as needed based on demand.

This is a performance-driven role where responsiveness to incoming leads is critical.

What You’ll Be Measured On

  • Close rate (% of leads converted)
  • Speed to lead (response time)
  • Revenue generated per lead
  • Call quality and professionalism

Everything is tracked.

Ideal Backgrounds

  • Inside sales / inbound sales
  • Call center sales
  • Customer-facing roles with sales components
  • Home services (HVAC, roofing, pest, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Confidence on the phone
  • Ability to handle objections
  • High sense of urgency
  • Coachability (you take feedback and improve quickly)
  • Accountability for results

  • You prefer low expectations and minimal accountability
