An inside sales specialist is a dynamic hunter of relationships. If you have the ability to establish a connection with people over the phone, driven to make constant contact from 9AM to 3PM, and want to maximize your time, this position is for you!

This position is a perfect position for individuals needing early mornings and afternoons free for personal life, but wants to maintain a part-time career!

Jani-King is the world’s largest commercial cleaning Franchising Company, and our office in Cincinnati is looking for a money - motivated and well-spoken Appointment Setting Professional to join our sales team. This person will assist outside Account Executives in a defined calling territory. We have a GREAT team, and our offices are continuously growing.

The Appointment Setting Professional will be responsible for engaging with potential clients daily, an established lead database, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and set appointments for their assigned Outside Account Executive. New leads will be given daily!

To be successful as an Appointment Setting Professional you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. A top Appointment Setting Professional should also be very competitive and a good listener.

Responsibilities

  • High-Volume Outreach: Connect daily with targeted businesses across the Cincinnati region through outbound calls, email touches, and timely follow-ups—converting outreach into qualified opportunities while meeting or exceeding activity and performance goals.
  • Engage & Qualify Prospects: Establish credibility, ask discovery questions, and uncover facility challenges where Jani-King’s solutions add value.
  • Appointment Setting: Secure qualified, high-value appointments for the outside sales team with clear notes and expectations.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Nurture warm leads from marketing campaigns, inbound inquiries, events, and previous outreach.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate call, conversation, and appointment records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Partner with outside sales to align on territory priorities, share intelligence, and refine strategies.
  • Campaign Participation: Support seasonal promotions, industry-specific pushes, and regional sales initiatives.
  • Professional Representation: Be the voice of Jani-King with professionalism, persistence, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Results Tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly metrics, adjusting strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Qualifications
  • Ability to use a computer.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in telemarketing is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
