Head of Sales - Managed Services

We’re seeking a high-impact Service Sales Manager to lead, develop, and elevate a Service Sales team within a mechanical services organization. This role is responsible for building sales capability, driving accountability, and delivering sustained service revenue growth through team performance.
While maintaining a small personal book of business to stay close to the market, the primary focus is on hiring, coaching, performance management, and sales execution across the team. The role reports directly to the General Manager and partners closely with operations and service leadership.
Lead, hire, onboard, and develop Service Sales Advisors with a strong focus on accountability and growth
Coach selling skills, customer engagement, and strategic account development
Drive pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance through metrics
Partner with sales and account managers to grow service revenue in existing and new accounts
Support complex sales opportunities alongside team members
Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure strong handoffs and customer outcomes
5+ years of sales experience in mechanical service, MEP, or related industries
Proven experience leading sales teams and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of service agreements and relationship-based selling
Confident, credible leader with strong communication and coaching skills
