Cybersecurity Innovation Engineering Manager

In this role, you will
- Stay at the cutting edge of cybersecurity by exploring and integrating the latest technologies, frameworks, and automation tools associated with attack surface management.
- Lead the design and execution of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for progressive tools and processes, ensuring seamless compatibility with our enterprise architecture.
- Assess and apply AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and orchestration platforms to enhance vulnerability identification and remediation efforts.
- Develop strategies for integrating new technologies with our established monitoring, ticketing, and reporting systems, including MDC, Qualys, and ServiceNow.
- Work closely with engineering and IT teams to automate efficient vulnerability detection and remediation processes.
- Effectively convey complex technical concepts and their business implications to both technical staff and executive stakeholders.
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and accountability to cultivate a respectful and supportive workplace environment.
The ideal candidate will have
- At least seven years of experience in cloud-centric cybersecurity, with a minimum of three years specifically in vulnerability or threat management.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Security, or similar field.
- Demonstrated experience in presenting technical solutions and articulating ROI to diverse audiences.
- A strong grasp of the vulnerability management lifecycle, encompassing identification, prioritization, and remediation.
- Familiarity with a variety of Security Posture management tools such as CSPM, SSPM, and Qualys.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security tools, including API integration and agentic AI.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship.
