In this pivotal role, you will

  • Stay ahead of the curve in cybersecurity by exploring emerging technologies, frameworks, and automation tools related to attack surface management.
  • Lead the creation of proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for cutting-edge tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise architecture.
  • Assess and implement AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, and orchestration platforms to enhance vulnerability identification and remediation strategies.
  • Develop integration strategies for new technologies with our existing monitoring, ticketing, and reporting systems, including MDC, Qualys, and ServiceNow.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to automate efficient vulnerability detection and remediation processes.
  • Clearly communicate complex technical concepts and their business impact to both technical teams and executive audiences.
  • Maintain a workplace grounded in integrity, professionalism, and accountability, promoting respect and courtesy.

The ideal candidate will possess

  • At least seven years of experience in cloud-centric cybersecurity, with a minimum of three years focusing on vulnerability or threat management.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Security, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in presenting technical solutions and demonstrating ROI to diverse audiences.
  • A thorough understanding of the vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, prioritization, and remediation.
  • Familiarity with various Security Posture management tools such as CSPM, SSPM, and Qualys.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security tools, including through API integration and agentic AI.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship, as KPMG will not sponsor visas for this role.
