KPMG is seeking a Manager in Cybersecurity for Operational Technology to strengthen our Advisory Services team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth cybersecurity assessments for OT environments, adhering to IEC 62443 standards and cyber maturity frameworks such as NIST CSF 2.0, while providing actionable recommendations for addressing vulnerabilities.
- Identify and evaluate potential OT risks, clearly articulating their implications and proposing effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement security strategies tailored for OT environments, particularly focusing on industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems.
- Analyze OT network architectures and system performance, reviewing network traffic and logs to design optimal security controls.
- Create robust policies, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Design innovative OT cybersecurity solutions and oversee the implementation of network segmentation, remote access controls, and advanced intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Exhibit integrity, professionalism, and accountability, contributing positively to KPMG's respectful workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years' recent experience in information security or a related technology field.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven track record of earning the trust and respect of senior executives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, quickly grasping new technologies and contributing effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
