Sales Lot Manager

Old Hickory Buildings, LLC is a Murfreesboro, TN based business that manufactures and sells residential sheds, barns, garages, cabanas, and other portable building product types. Old Hickory Buildings Inc. has numerous dealerships located across the U.S. and has been in business since 1997. We currently have a need to fill in dealer/sales associate for our west Cincinnati, Ohio sales lot.

Description

Looking to and set your own hours? We are looking for a self-motivated salesperson to market and sell Old Hickory Building products on a commission basis. Details as to commission percentage will be addressed in the interview process.

Old Hickory Buildings will provide

• Training to place customer orders and website marketing
• A ready to go website to promote on-line sales
• Product line inventory at no cost to the Dealer
• Deliver building inventory to the lot and will ship deliveries to customers at no cost to the Dealer

Dealer Requirements

• Communications skills, enjoy meeting and talking to customers
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to navigate a computer (company software tools/training provided)
• Must have a computer
• Some experience in sales
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to being present on the sales lot (Dealer can set their own hours of business)
• Dealer is responsible for monthly lot rent and website fee. Details to be provided in the interview process
