About the OpportunityJoin OnCall's team as an Institutional Clinical Specialist representing i-Health, a global leader in consumer health and wellness. In this high-impact role, you'll promote two trusted healthcare brands—Culturelle® (the world's most scientifically studied probiotic) and AZO® (the #1 OTC brand for urinary health)—to hospitals and Long-Term Care facilities across Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus, OH.What You'll Do✔️ Drive Revenue Growth – Meet and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with healthcare providers, administrators, and key decision-makers in IDNs and regional hospitals across Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus✔️ Educate Healthcare Professionals – Serve as the clinical expert on products backed by 1,000+ scientific studies through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, and strategic discussions✔️ Manage Your Territory – Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan using Salesforce CRM to maximize visibility and engagement across your territory✔️ Collaborate Strategically – Partner with your Regional Sales Manager to optimize sales opportunities and drive product adoptionWhat You Bring✅ 3+ years of sales experience in hospitals, IDNs, or LTC facilities with proven results✅ Clinical knowledge and confidence discussing healthcare products with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare teams✅ Territory management expertise using data-driven strategies to maximize opportunities✅ CRM proficiency with Salesforce or similar platforms✅ Strong communication skills and passion for educating healthcare professionalsCompensation & Benefits💰 Competitive base salary + quarterly bonus program (uncapped)🚗 Car allowance📱 Cell phone allowance🏥 Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life, disability)💼 401(k) plan📈 Professional development Why Join Us?i-Health is a DSM Fermenich subsidiary dedicated to improving health outcomes through research-backed products.
