Responsibilities

• Candidates are expected to complete a 5-week manager-training course with specific criteria for measuring performance in this position.
• Manage the store staff by conducting interviews, recruiting staff, and supporting employee advancement
• Build a culture that values and upholds positive and respectful exchanges between employees and customers
• Attain personal performance indicators while helping in the improvement of employees to reach their indicators
• Scrutinize daily sales data for strategies to maximize sales revenue
• Ensuring alignment with banking criteria, security protocols, operational standards, and legal stipulations is key
• Oversee budgeting for: labor, inventory, and maintenance
• Allocate, oversee, and ensure completion of daily tasks to maintain store cleanliness, product availability, and orderly setup
• Provide exceptional customer service by swiftly and efficiently resolving customer concerns
