Summary
The inside sales and customer support specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and communication with customers including
authorized dealers, end users and architects. Prepares quotations, coordinates shipments and provides ongoing customer support.
The Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist works closely with the National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers along with Technical Service, Marketing, and Shipping
Responsibilities
- Provide unmatched customer service to the dealer network as a primary representative of Robbins
- Provide all product quotations
- Enter all customer orders into BPCS
- Arrange delivery of materials to the jobsite based on customer schedules
- Invoice all materials and freight to customer
- Handle all customer warranties
- Handle sending of submittal samples to customers
- Track and update customer delivery dates weekly
- Participation is all customer service training opportunities
- Partner with the Regional Sales Mamanger to form a cohesive business unit
- Perform all other duties as required

- The Inside Sales & Customer Support Specialist works closely with the National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers along with Technical Service, Marketing, and Shipping
- Additionally, incumbents must possess a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Work. AS400 I Series and BPCS knowledge helpful.
Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
