We’re looking for an Accounting Manager on our Not for Profit (NFP) Managed Services team, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves solving complex financial challenges. If you’re ready to lead, mentor, and make an impact, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
As our Accounting Manager, you’ll
Own the general ledger (G/L) for multiple clients and ensure accuracy.
Prepare financial statements, assist with audits, and support tax compliance projects.
Lead client onboarding and tailor processes to their unique needs.
Collaborate with a talented team to improve accounting processes and deliver exceptional service.
Supervise staff, provide mentorship, and foster a positive work environment.
Engage with clients and professional partners to build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of experience managing a General Ledger.
- Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, accounting software, and comfortable in a paperless environment.
Nice-to-haves
- CPA license (active or in progress) preferred.
- Experience in a not-for-profit environment preferred.
