UI Lead (Only W2 resources required) Cincinnati, OH 12 Years 5 days onsite / Hybrid role Role Description The UI Tech Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance in the development of UI-based applications, primarily designing and implementing user-centric interfaces that align with business objectives and deliver seamless customer experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, team leadership, project management skills, and collaboration, along with excellent communication skills. Required Skills Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript, with a strong portfolio of production SPAs. Deep understanding of SPA architecture patterns (component-based design, client-side routing, code splitting, lazy loading). Hands-on experience implementing MQTT protocol over WebSockets for real-time, bidirectional communication. Solid grasp of state-management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or equivalent. Familiarity with modern front-end tooling and practices: Webpack/Vite, Babel/ESBuild, Jest/React Testing Library, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills .
