What You'll Do

• Engage in a comprehensive 6-month training with seasoned Logistics Account Executives
• Assist in addressing customer needs, sourcing carriers for urgent freight, and overseeing daily operations
• Participate in practical and virtual training sessions
• Hone your negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
• Grow your portfolio of clients
• Leverage your training to meet sales objectives and qualify for commission
• Develop relationships to bring in new customers
• Negotiate pricing with clients and carriers
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely delivery and pickup

• Strong work ethic with 100% in-office attendance required
• Excellent negotiation skills with an ability to handle conflicts
• Entrepreneurial mindset and outstanding customer service skills
