Job Description

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong UiPath experience to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath to improve business efficiency and reduce manual effort. This is a hands-on, onsite role requiring close collaboration with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath RPA solutions using industry best practices
• Build reusable workflows using UiPath REFramework
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator (queues, assets, schedules, bots)
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
• Support production bots and perform troubleshooting and enhancements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and infrastructure teams
• Prepare technical documentation and solution design artifacts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an RPA Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Experience with REFramework, queues, assets, and triggers
• Proficiency in VB.NET or C#
• Experience with SQL, Excel, APIs, and Web automation
• Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills

Nice to Have

• UiPath Certification (Advanced RPA Developer)
• Experience in Finance, Banking, or Insurance domains
• Exposure to CI/CD for RPA
• Knowledge of OCR, AI Center, or Document Understanding
