Trainee Sales Assistant (Full Time – Entry Level)

This Trainee Sales Assistant role is designed for an individual who wants to start a career in sales with the right support, training, and development. We are expanding our team and are looking for people who are ready to learn, grow, and build confidence in a customer-facing environment.

No previous sales experience is required. This role focuses on training, development, and real-world exposure to sales activity.

About the role

As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you’ll work alongside experienced team members while learning the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and brand representation. You’ll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and clear guidance as you develop your skills.

This is a fully in-person role where you’ll support live sales activity, assist with customer interactions, and gradually take on more responsibility as your confidence grows.

What you’ll be learning and doing

• Supporting customer conversations and sales interactions
• Assisting with product explanations and promotional messaging
• Learning how to approach and engage customers professionally
• Observing and participating in face-to-face sales activity
• Working toward individual learning goals and team targets
• Taking part in regular coaching and development sessions

What’s on offer

Average weekly earnings of $850–$1,000, paid weekly, including base pay, uncapped commission, and performance bonuses. Full training is provided, with clear progression into Sales Rep and leadership roles. The team culture is positive, supportive, and development-focused.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in Cincinnati.
