We are looking for an intelligent, fun, motivated individual to round out our already great team of employees! We work with musicians of all levels- beginner, hobbyist, professional,

and serious students!

Knowledge in any/all areas to be considered

• Acoustic Guitars
• Brass Instruments
• Woodwind Instruments

Qualifications (general)

• Knowledge in Acoustic Guitars or Brass or Woodwind instruments
• Willingness to learn about instruments not already in your 'wheelhouse'
• Understand what good customer service looks like
• (at least) Basic understanding of the sales process.
• Availability in your schedule to be a contributing member to our team!
• A great attitude! And, motivated to be successful!

Responsibilities (general)

• Selling musical instruments (we focus on acoustic guitars, brass/winds, portable keyboards, and accessories for just about everything)
• Continuous learning in products & services we offer
• Cleaning & Merchandising the store
• Cleaning instruments
• Rent school band instruments
• Provide customer service in the areas of lesson sign ups, repair tickets, special orders
• Attend monthly paid training meetings

We are open Monday-Saturday 11:00-7pm. (open a couple Sundays during December)
