The Financial Analyst is responsible for the financial planning for managed clients to include creating and managing client operating budgets and client financial workbooks. In addition, the Financial Analyst provides business review presentations, client operational analysis, client savings data, and non-standard or customized analysis and reporting.  Report to the Director of FP&A with close working relationship to the CFO.
  • Act as a key liaison with divisional financial leaders regarding compliance with corporate FP&A requirements including timely and accurate submission
  • Support end-to-end analysis for
    • Specific supporting requirements for Quarterly Earnings Calls including Interest and Other income, Capital Expenditure, Working Capital, Free Cash Flow, Return on Invested Capital, EBITA Analysis
    • Development and presentation of material that drives standardization across a global company including Quarterly Business Review and Annual Budgets
    • New product vitality tracking
    • Lead preparation of Division Presidents Meeting (DPM) and Finance Leadership Team (FLT) presentations
    • Forecast trends to projects costs
  • Provide assistance with preparation of Board of Directors
  • Provide financial modeling support for total company long term strategic model and quarterly guidance
  • Ad-hoc reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited College or University required.
    · A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Finance/Accounting role required.
    · A minimum of intermediate proficiency with Excel required.
    · A minimum of intermediate ability with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Outlook) required.
  • Hands-on experience with Tableau a plus 
    · High concern for detail and accuracy required.
    · High level of communication skills, including effective presentation, verbal, and listening skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
· Two to Five years’ experience in a Financial Analysis role preferred.
· Advanced proficiency with Excel highly preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements.
· Demonstrated budgeting & forecasting experience preferred.
· Demonstrated strong organizational skills preferred.
· Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting:
   o Professional Presentation Skills – ability to use PowerPoint to develop fact based presentations.
   o Strong Analytical Skills – Advanced proficiency with Excel.
· Judgement and Decision Making: Ability to evaluate situations and reach logical conclusions.
· Problem Solving: Propose ideas, find new and better ways of doing things.
· Time Management and Prioritization: Commitment to task and awareness of urgency.
· Planning and Organization: good time management and organizational skills.
