A company is looking for a Director, Solutions Development Financial Services.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of outsourcing solutions for Financial Services clients, focusing on organizational design and technology integration

Manage RFP responses and business planning, ensuring tailored solutions meet client needs

Support contract negotiations and commercial analysis, aligning proposals with business terms and pricing strategies

Required Qualifications

Previous experience in an outsourcing and operational role is desired

Integrated Facilities Management knowledge is strongly preferred

Strong analytical abilities for benchmarking, estimating, and risk assessment

Commercial pricing familiarity and financial acumen to articulate complex value propositions

Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and apply best practices consistently across deals
